Vivien’s corporate experience spans more than 25 years, including eight years as a General Manager in a multi-national company based in Hong Kong. This has given her a thorough understanding of corporate dynamics and management issues. She has a proven track record in management with extensive line management experience, and has successfully led the implementation of strategic initiatives which involved staff at all levels of world-wide organizations. This given her a keen understanding of cultural issues and individual needs in corporate settings. She has also been a Director of several SMEs.
