Vivien’s Coaching Approach
Each coaching assignment is special and unique.
A coaching proposal is tailor made for the client’s specific situation and requirements.
The package includes planned one on one coaching sessions and assessments/interviews/direct observations
as agreed upon. Email and telephone support are provided between coaching sessions.
To reap the full rewards a minimum of 3 months of coaching, and preferably 6, is recommended.
Keys to Executive Coaching Success
For coaching to be successful it is essential
that the client believes coaching to be useful, that coaching objectives are agreed upon between all parties,
and that trust and rapport with the coach is established at an early stage.
