Executive Career Selection and Planning
Clarity on an executive’s strengths,
priorities in life, and long and short term aspirations are used as a basis to build clarity on career
direction and preferences. Career opportunities are explored, and behavioral changes to enhance success in
the client’s present job, and to prepare for future moves, are understood and strengthened via coaching.
Assessments, in particular Harrison Assessments, offer
powerful career support tools. One or more of these may be recommended, depending on the situation and the
organization or individual’s preferences.

The first few months in a new position set
the scene for future success or otherwise. Well tuned transition skills are vital and can be learned. Vivien
