In some cases a client’s career direction is unclear, and in others the client is or soon will be in transition for example via promotion, geographical move, or to a new position in another company. Vivien's clients include companies who want to invest in fast tracking high performers or helping actualize the potential of their middle and senior level staff. Other clients are individuals wanting to move their career forward, or even explore changing careers altogether.

Executive Career Selection and Planning
Exploring an executive's strengths, values and priorities in life, and long and short term aspirations is used as a basis to build clarity on career direction and preferences. Career opportunities are investigated, and behavioural changes to enhance success in the coachee's present job, and position for future moves, are decided and implemented with the support of the coach.

Assessments, in particular Harrison Assessments, offer powerful career support tools. One or more of these may be recommended, depending on the situation and the organization or individual’s preferences.

Executive Career Development
In today's fast moving world executives need to be thinking ahead, creating opportunities in a present position to develop themselves for the future, for their own and their employer's benefit. Coaching will create the time to think about the bigger picture, refocus on real priorities, and move purposefully forward with developing and demonstrating the skills required for the next career move.
