Assessments are powerful tools, which provide accurate and otherwise unobtainable insights into personality
and behavioural preferences, and feedback on behavioural patterns. The insights provided, combined with coaching,
improve the coachee's understanding of themselves and accelerate the outcome of the coaching relationship.
Vivien is certified to use Harrison Assessments,
Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and
Survey of Influence Effectiveness (SIE). She is familiar with the use of various other assessment tools and processes,
including stakeholder 360 and Strengthsfinder.
For executive coaching she uses the assessments already being used by the client, as a first preference.
She may recommend additional assessments depending on the coachee's situation. For career and transition coaching she will
recommend Harrison Assessments and/or other assessment tools if appropriate.
