Vivien is certified to use Harrison Assessments and
Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
and is also familiar with the use of various other assessment tools and processes, including 360,
Survey of Influence Effectiveness (SIE), and Strengthsfinder.
Assessments are powerful tools, which provide accurate and otherwise unobtainable insights into personality
and behavioral preferences, and feedback on behavioral patterns. The insights provided, combined with coaching,
improve and accelerate the outcome of the coaching relationship.
For executive coaching she uses the assessments already being used by the client, as a first preference.
She may recommend additional assessments if appropriate. For personal coaching she uses Harrison Assessments for
career selection and personal development, and may also recommend Strengthsfinder or MBTI.
